I am a worshiper of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am also a litergical dancer. I have witnessed individuals dancing in attire that was inappropriate for litergical dance. I am now staring an LLC to design and produce litergical dance attire. I would love for your team to wear my garments. I would like to know if you could give me any pointers on getting started. I am now looking for a seamstress that can do bulk orders as well as a pattern maker. I have many designs. I would prefer to work with a believer.

Amazing ministry! What a miracle!
I became interested in worship dance while watching a 700 Club special of some worship dancers, outdoors, on a high hill, upon a paved platorm, overlooking Jerusalem. (don't remember which Holy day they were celebrating) and became so filled with joy and began dancing around the room. I couldn't understand why I was so mesmerized by what they were doing but I did know that it was God's Spirit flowing out from their worship of Him. And that was before I had begun to recognize the outpouring of His Spirit through worship.
Since then (10yrs), the same thing happens when I am around (genuine) worship dance. The Lord's spirit pours out His annointing is heavier than at any other time (for me) and my heart overflows to bursting. (also when I hear Jewish praise music)
I always thought that Maybe someday.......I could learn to dance for Him too, in a more beautiful way than how I do in my home!!
I LOVED to watch the dancers on Neil and Jamie Lash's show, "Jewish Jewels" on SkyAngel Television. There is also a Messianic congregation in Greely, CO who has worship dance classes that are incorporated into their worship during services. I was invited to go but my husband wasn't really interested and I didn't feel like going off and doing it on my own, so far from home.
Recently,a fellow homeschool mom sent out an email (Sally Whelan) asking for more families to go down to Denver with them once a month to participate in your
school.
I, for one, would LOVE to but I don't know, yet, if their focus is on the kids or if adults could participate at those times also.
My 10yr old son, Elijah is not interested in this (unless it ever involves sportshooting;-] but I'll find out if adults are able to do anything at that time. I'll certainly pray about it because looking at your site sure moved my heart! I kind of wish the Whelans' went to your school in Ft. Collins, which is much closer and would be less expensive to travel. I'll ask her about that, but I understand they've been coming for some time to the current location in or near Denver.
I SO love how you do the devotions and keep Christ the center focus of everything, as He certainly is.
And thanks for the focus also, on modestey, thank you!!
Your website is very nice! What majestic photos. The outdoor photos are breathtaking, especialy overlooking the "high places."
I've never been a dancer, nor wanted to be but there is something so amazing about dancing beautifuly before the Lord!! Amen!

Suggestion: it would be extremely helpful if you could put together a few tips, excercises, and stretches on your website to help us keep flexible and conditioned during the months that dance is not in session. That way, it would be easy to fall back into the routine once the sessions start!

Hello! I just wanted to drop a note and say how much I am looking forward to Spring Session. I remember that while I was dancing at some other places, it was always such and effort to make sure I was obeying the COMMAND to smile. Since I started at CMA and they taught me to use dance as a form of worship, a smile just comes naturally to my face when I am dancing for Jesus! It is such an amazing experience to be able to use something I love to praise our incredible God! Thank you!

Andrea, you can get good quality ballet slippers at the Mountain Center in Ft. Collins. This is all the equipment you need for the classes (see the "Classes" page for the dress code). Wal-Mart has everything you need to make your costume, and CMA is now selling fabric as well. Hope that helps, God bless!

Okay, I know it's just for God, and I love to worship him. I even felt closer to him then I have ever felt before during the performance this week, but I still want to be a dancer! My goal is to do pointe soon. I always do it "just for HIM" I was just wondering if anyone has tips on how to get into the advanced troupe. Please tell me if you know!

The performance last night was awesome! A friend of mine said that she had goosebumps the whole time, it was so moving. I learned alot this session and I think that it came out very well in the dances. I can hardly wait for the spring session to start! ;-)

I really have enjoyed being at CMA. They are so understanding, supportive, and encouraging. Most of all, they teach you to have a closer walk with Jesus, and I think that is the most important part of what they do. Dancing for the Lord, I have also tried to make it into the advanced troupe. But, now I truly believe that the Lord puts us where we will be needed and where it delights Him to have us. It isn't about us, it's about His will and His plan. When you dance, don't think about how YOU are performing. Think about the Lord and everything He has done for you. You will find your dance coming from the adoration you feel for Him, no matter what class you are in!

Remember that it's not all about how flexible you are or how well you can dance, but remember that you must have a heart of worship and be passionate about dancing to glorify your Savior Jesus Christ. Remember also to "make your request known unto God." He knows what's best and so do the teachers! Keep dancing for HIM!

Hello. I have danced for 10 years now at two different places. I love CMA, but I can't seem to get into the advanced troupe. I try my best, but still no luck. I can shoulder my leg and am 1 inch away from doing the splits.
Does anyone have any useful tips? I know that you have to be expressive, and I am! I worked on it all summer so that I would be able to get into the advanced troupe, but I didn't make it! I love to dance...it's my passion and all I want to do is improve!

Yesterday as I was listening to the radio, the song that I danced to in the fall session 2005 came on. I only remembered about 50% of the dance, and I couldn't even recall if we got applause or not, even though I know we did. What I remembered was the joy I felt worshiping before our mighty God. I think that is what CMA wants their students to remember, so thank you! Keep praising, for He is worthy. We can never give Him enough worship and adoration!

Hello Everyone,
I am Shaneah, and I was just droping by. It's kind of late for me to be typeing this, but it has to said. The summer program was absoutly amazing, and such a wonderful experience. I'm so glad I was givin the oppertunity to become closer with god, and learn dance as a form of worship. Thanks Tiffany, for everything and all of the amazing teachers and people at CMA. Also thank you Mellisa Gifford, or should I say Mellisa Esstep? Well you truley helped me this summer, and helped me jump out side of my comfort zone to be close to god. So once again Thank you to every one. CMA is truely an amazing program. I will be praying for you guys while you are in Japan, and I know you will help many people, just like you helped me. Also one last thing before I end this long comment. I would like to wish Mellisa, Adam, and Crystal good luck on your move to Texas. I know it must not be an easy to move, but as you said God has a plan for us, and thats your plan. You will do great down there.

CMA is wonderful! I was in ballet for many years, but felt I couldn't continue because the costumes became increasingly immodest, among other things. I hated to give up dance, because I love it, so when my mom found CMA I literally danced for joy! I could dance again, and glorify God at the same time. I am so in awe of how God has worked through CMA. I became a Christian a very long time ago, but I had never allowed God to take my dreams and let them be conformed to His will. "Press On" forced me to let go of everything I had held so tight in my hands. That night, I surrendured to Him all of my hopes, dreams, and fears. Since then I have found a peace and joy that I cannot describe. Thank you so much, CMA, for showing me that all I have is worth so much more when it is in the hands of God. Thank you so much to CMA for changing the way I dance. I have danced at minimum of (I think) five places and CMA has to be my favorite! The other places I danced were focused on "This is how this move should look. Remember to point your toe. You look like a football player!" CMA focused on WORSHIP in dance rather than moves. It is truly centered on God. Thank you!

I dance here and I love the way we worship. This has brought much more joy to my life then I ever thought it would. I'm looking forward to dance tomorrow as I do every week. All of the teachers are AMAZING and teach you a lot of things. Thank you CMA for showing me how to express myself for Jesus.

My daughter has been in classes with CMA for 3 years now and what an amazing change there is in her attitude and heart towards God and her Family.
