Ambassadors for Christ
"Therefore if anyone
is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold new
things have come. Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to
Himself through Christ, and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely,
that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their
trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal
through us." ( II Cor. 5:17-20 )

Pray for CMA Japan:
Time: In addition to teaching four schools and 350 students,
preparing for Summer Dance Camp, working to open our 5th school location,
studying Japanese, fund raising, administrative duties, choreographing, costuming,
publishing materials, dancing, studying Japanese some more, prayer, and travel
. . . each of the CMA Company Members also have jobs and families.
Health: As dancers, we use our bodies as instruments
to worship and minister. We will be dancing a lot in these months leading
up to the trip and we also need prayer as we dance and teach in Japan! Pray for God's
protection and strength for our bodies. Pray for healing for current injuries
as well as protection against any new ones!
Clear Communication: We will be constantly communicating
and working with the Kyushu church from now until we get back from Japan.
Please pray that there would be clear communicating between the U.S and Japan
side as we work through every detail of our trip, including seminars, workshops
and concerts.
God's Guidance: As we begin to pick out music, topics,
seminar materials, messages, verses, etc. May the Lord clearly guide our
choices, that what we share would be exactly what the people need to hear.
Finances: We trust that the Lord will supply everything
we need, because this trip is planned by Him and for Him! We have a lot of
funds to raise and a short amount of time in which to do it. Our prayer is
that God would guide us in the fundraising and that God would move upon the
hearts of His people to give and support us in this work. The cost is $2,000
per person almost all of that is for travel, and then some for extra expenses.
Our lodging, food and travel in Japan will be provided by the ministry in
Kyushu. Please pray for them as well, as they work to raise the money for
our expenses. There will be 6 team members going. Each Company Member is
also responsible for raising a significant portion of their support individually.
(Pre- and Post- trip expenses not included: printing, postage, fundraising
expenses, medical, wages/salaries, etc.) Total budget = $14,000. Follow our fundraising progress on our "Fund Meter".
Language: Each team member is studying Japanese.
