CMA Mother/Daughter Tea 2008

Table Hostess

Being a Table Hostess for our Mother/Daughter Tea, will help CMA's team
raise the funds they need to take the Gospel to the people of Japan.

Hostess Requirements:

For your table we would need you to bring:

8 plates (dinner plates)
8 tea cups
8 tea cup saucers
8 water glasses
8 forks
8 knives
8 spoons
2 tea pots (4-6 cup pots)
1 creamer
1 sugar bowl

- Please put these dishes in a box with your name on it.
- Deliver the box to South Fellowship Church at 6560 South Broadway, Littleton on Friday March 14, 2008. (MAP) Someone will be there between 9:00am and 7:00pm setting up.
- Take them to the front entrance of the church and set them in the hallway.
- We will set the tables, you only need to bring your dishes to the church.
- We will provide the tablecloths, napkins, centerpieces and table numbers.
- If you don't have tea pots, creamers or sugar bowls please contact us soon so we can line these up for you.
- If you only have one tea pot that is okay, we'll supply the other one, just let us know.

We would like the HOSTESS of the table to come to the tea FREE of charge.
